Strategic Outline

Heartland Data Centers (“Heartland” or “the Company”) is seeking to acquire a former U.S. Air Force hardened and secure communications bunker constructed during the Cold War, code name “Operation Looking Glass.”
The company plans to upgrade this nuclear and EMP shielded facility into a state-of-the-art FedRAMP certified disaster-proof data center for the increasing compliance demands of commercial enterprises and government agencies who have limited choices today.

The Bunker

  • 100,000 Sq. Ft. Underground on 24 acres in Nebraska
  • Built in 1967 to withstand 20 megaton Nuclear Blast at a distance of 2.4 miles
    • Electro Magnetic Pulse(EMP) Shielded
    • Reinforced 18″ concrete walls with 10″ steel plate 2-ton blast doors
    • Blast valves, electromagnetic wave guides, radiation proof
  • Built to withstand natural disasters; hurricanes, Floods, Tornado, Earthquakes
    • Dedicated environmental systems, living quarters, supply storage areas.
  • This bunker has the potential and it is our plan to make it the MOST SECURE DATA CENTER IN THE WORLD

Post Acquisition Plan

  • Upgrade Bunker to state-of-the art FedRAMP certified Tier 3 Data Center with a capacity of 3,750 racks
  • Construct Additional EMP 60,000 Sq. Ft. data center facility above ground with a capacity of 2,000 racks
  • Four active and independent powers sources
    • Conventional Utility
    • Solar
    • Wind
    • Generator Power
  • The 24-acre campus will have the potential to have a total of 500,000 sq.ft. of data center space

GOOGLE to spend 13B on data-centers in 2019

  • Google is moving into Nebraska building a new data-center on a 275 acre spot near Omaha, Nebraska
  • Nebraska is becoming known as the “Silicon Prairie”
  • Fidelity, Cabela’s, Yahoo and Traveler’s Insurance have already built data-centers in Nebraska
  • Facebook and Microsoft leased more data center space than anyone in 2018
